He is survived by: his daughters, Rosemary Pergolizzi (Anthony Jr.) and Susan Augello Vaisey (late Stephen Vaisey); his grandchildren, Anthony Pergolizzi, Justin Charles Pergolizzi and Alexandra Lyn Pergolizzi; and his great grandchildren, Leah Jean, Maxwell Pergolizzi and Luca Anthony Serfine.
