He is survived by: his parents, Kimberly Ford and David Ford (JoAnne); his siblings, Ariana Amico, Francine DaMore (Ryan), Angelina Zielke (Tim), Leaha, Andrew and Zeth Ruffell; and his siblings' children, Kayden, Giancarlo DaMore, Adeline, Vincent Amico, Wyatt and Dawson Zielke.
