He is survived by: his wife Rosalie Reale (Mosca); his children, Colleen Cook (Anthony, Jr.), Anthony G Reale Jr. (Martha) and Nancy Jones (David); his grandchildren, Anthony S. Cook, III (Amy), Stephen Cook (Jessica), Angela D'Ambra (Anthony), Taylor Herman (Robert), Patrick Reale, Emily Reale, Benjamin Reale, Brett Jones and Stephanie Jones (Hector Casiano); his great grandchildren, Cecelia, Leah, Nora, Leonardo and Hector; his sister Mary Zoccali; and his brother-in-law Michael Mosca. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
