He was predeceased by: his parents, Anacleto (Liberata) and Perrotta; his sisters, Eda LaVilla and Ada Meli; and his siblings-in-law, Barbara Reitano, Delphine D'Ambrosia, Sandra Visconte, Gloria Taft, Rosalee Zicari, Matteo La Villa, Joseph Meli, Paul, James, Anthony Zicari, Joe Ventrillo and Phil Ronzo.
He is survived by: his nephew David LaVilla; his wife Jacqueline Zicari Perrotta; his children, Fay Gilmore (Richard) and Carol Hulsizer (Tim Statt); his grandchildren, Christopher Gilmore, Marina Willis (Keith), Michael Hulsizer and Carlee Jo Emiliano (Anthony); his great grandchildren, Aryan Hulsizer, Isabella, Zina Willis and Dario Emiliano; his stepchildren, Patrick DiCrasto (Maggie Brandt), Kevin DiCrasto and Marlo DiCrasto; his stepgrandchildren, Nicholas and Marissa DiCrasto; his siblings-in-law, Rose Ventrillo, Linda Ronzo, Elvira Zicari, Eva Zicari, Robert, Ronald (Josie), David, Richard Zicari, Rocco Reitano and Richard D'Ambrosia; and his nephews, Stephen LaVilla, John and Robert Meli. He is also survived by 150 nieces, nephews & cousins, as well as relatives.
