Arthur E. Jensen Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arthur E. Jensen of Rochester, New York, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on October 4, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur and Helen; his sister Katherine; and his son Stephen. He is survived by: his daughters, Leja Lori Steinberger (Craig), Rebecca Krebs (Dana) and Jennifer Barry (Mark); his grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Jonathan, Levi, Caleb and Annabelle; his great grandchild Jax; and his wife Betty Simpson.
Among his accomplishments are earning an achievement award from NASA for his contributions to the Hubble Space Telescope, as well as an award for his contributions to a classified program essential to the safety and security of our country.
