She was predeceased by: her former husbands, Raymond Alexander and John Springstead; her husband Clive Pitter; her son Michael Alexander; her parents, Reginald Beckford and Gladys Beckford; and her siblings, Hillary Dunn, Reginald Beckford Jr., Hope Stephens and Marjorie Myrie.

She is survived by: her son Wayne Alexander (Andrea); her great grandchildren, Elijah and Isobel; and her sisters, Joy Hazel, Dorothy Logan, Yvonne Carroll and Beverly Smith. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
