She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Brown and Ruth Zweigle Brown; and her siblings, Frederick "Rob" Brown, Timothy Brown, Sheila Brown, Patricia Fowler and Virginia "Ginny" Van Graafeiland.
She is survived by: her children, Todd Van Graafeiland, Lauren Paul and Jay Van Graafeiland; her grandson Brandon Paul; her brothers, Terry Brown of Chicago and Richard "Butch" Brown (Lindsay); and her former husband Alan Van Graafeiland. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, November 8th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the The Old American Can Factory (25 Parce Ave #100, Fairport, NY 14450).
