She is survived by: her husband William Mack; her children, Phlip Mack (Jamie) and Jacqueline Chapman (Jeffrey); her siblings, Robert (Cheryl), Ricky (CIndy), Arthur, Raymond (Cindy) and Susan Modzel (Dave); her stepsiblings, Steven Wilt (April), Timothy Wilt (Noemi), Samuel Wilt (Nora) and Michelle Gibbs; and her siblings-in-law, Edward Mack (Susie) and Joyce Rymer.
