He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Louise Pack; and his son David Pack. He is survived by: his son Rodney Pack (Lisa); his grandchildren, Jonathan Pack (Molly), Jeffrie Pack (Tiana) and Kayla Pack (Ryan); his great grandchildren, Riley and Cecelia; his future great-grandchild Mouse; and his sister Jean Salisbury (Gerald). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews & cousins.
