He was predeceased by: his wife Adele T. Elmer; and his siblings, John T. Elmer and Anne Munson. He is survived by: his daughters, Dr. Kimberly and Wendy Elmer-Kaiser (Dallas Kaiser); his grandchildren, Sophia, Lillian, Emery, Thomas, Timothy Miller and Dr. Dallas Kaiser II (Meaghan Nazareth); and his pet Hazel. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and great granddaughters.
