He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley and Betty (Rusk); and his brother Stanley. He is survived by: his wife Linda DiGirolamo Chard Orlowski; his children, Robert (Carmen) and Robin Wilson; and his stepsons, Christopher Chard (Moniqua) and Kyle Chard (Michelle). He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, many family members and friends.
