She is survived by: her parents, Daniel Anzalone and Patricia Anzalone (Masonis) of Mount Morris; her husband Adam Cady Sr.; her children, Mia Cady of Geneseo and Adam Cady Jr. of Sparta; her brother Danny P. Anzalone of Batavia; and her friends, Cliftene, Michael Pagan, Denishka Valintin, Jillian Vazquez, Doug, Lindsay Stanley, Adrian Fanaro, Marie Sobel and Tara Donato.
