She was predeceased by: her husband Earl Perks; her son Dennis Perks; and her parents, Walter Smith and Kathryn Smith. She is survived by: her daughter Diana Hollister; her grandson Kyle Hollister; and her siblings-in-law, Ronald and Cathy Perks.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be directed to Church of the Nazarene, 4045 E. Henrietta Rd., Rochester, NY 14623 in her memory.
