He is survived by: his wife Mary Carol; his children, Michele "Meka" Custozzo (Scott Gudis) and Michael Custozzo; and his brothers, Gary Custozzo (Liz) and Scott Custozzo (Laurie). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, extended family.
