It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Brian H. Chadwick (Rochester, New York), who passed away on February 11, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Chadwick and Elizabeth Chadwick; and his brothers, Brendan and Vincent Chadwick. He is survived by: his wife Kelly Chadwick; his children, Anthony Chadwick (Pamela), Andrew Chadwick (Jessica) and Toni Siwicki (Louie); his grandchildren, Londyn, Ella and Mason; and his pet J. J.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
