As Bruce departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Bruce may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Bruce leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank P. Rouse and Violetta Correll Rouse; and his grandson Devan. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy; and his children, Debbie Garrett (Keith), Todd Dugan, Keri Welling (Chris), Jennifer Newell (Bob) and Heather Garnish (Shaun). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, and 4 great grandchildren.
A reception will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 at 9:30 AM.
