Bruce C. Rouse Obituary
With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Bruce C. Rouse (Rochester, New York), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Bruce left this world on June 7, 2025, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
As Bruce departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Bruce may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Bruce leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank P. Rouse and Violetta Correll Rouse; and his grandson Devan. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy; and his children, Debbie Garrett (Keith), Todd Dugan, Keri Welling (Chris), Jennifer Newell (Bob) and Heather Garnish (Shaun).
