He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard McCutcheon and Florence Rizzo; and his brothers, Grant Cotter, Frank Rizzo and Donald Rizzo.
He is survived by: his daughter Nicole Looram (Craig); his close friend Darla Shubert; and his siblings, Mark McCutcheon (Wilma) and Kimberly Lundberg. He is also survived by nieces & nephews.
