He is survived by: his father Daniel Bookhart; and his siblings, Jeffrey (Kashana), Ashley (Paul), Luzcinda (Tommie), Brieana, Dannie, Alivia, Daniel III, Erik and Dillon. He is also survived by loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins, as well as countless friends.
