She was predeceased by : her parents, Bernard Wrights and Rose Wrights; and her siblings, Bernard Wrights and Anita Lewis. She is survived by : her husband Simon Ortiz; and her children, Lori Grass (George) and Anthony Ortiz (Michelle Ferreri). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 16th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the New Comer Cremations & Funerals (2636 Ridgeway Ave, Rochester, NY 14626). A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, April 17th 2024 at 9:30 AM at the St. Lawrence Church (1000 N Greece Rd, Rochester, NY 14626).
