She was predeceased by: her parents, George Vick and June Vick; her husband Joseph Germuga, Jr.; her son Joseph Germuga, III; her siblings, Linda Vick, Georgia Weinhart, Peggy Costanzo, Barbara Forward, Mary Ruth Richardson and Gerard Vick; and her cousin Joan Zornow May.
She is survived by: her son Francis (Cynthia); her daughter-in-law Jane Henning (Vince Hegarty); her grandchildren, Matthew Henning and Jennifer May; her great grandchild Kirk Henning; her siblings, George Vick (Janice), Catherine Reagan and Patricia Chilson (Maynard); and her sister-in-law Carol Vick.
