In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Cathryn Ann leaves behind and her impact on the lives of her loved ones. Though Cathryn Ann may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was predeceased by: her husband Harry Lewis; her son Robert; and her parents, Cazamer Crouch and Ethelyn Crouch (Banks). She is survived by: her children, Timothy (Brenda), Brian (Jamie Ellison), Susan Patchen (Jody) and Kimberly Weingartner (Larry). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; numerous great and great-great grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to LBDA.org (an association that provides care and research for Lewy Body Dementia).
