It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles J. Pellitere (Rochester, New York), who passed away on February 24, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife C. Norene "Dolly" Pellitere (Meli); his son Charles J. Pellitere, Jr.; his parents, Peter and Jennie; and his siblings, Paul, John, Frances, Janet, Michael and Anthony.
He is survived by: his daughters, Sandra DiStefano (Gary) and Susan Kingston (Kenny Gann); his grandchildren, Charlene Lochner (Steven), John Gary DiStefano, Cheryl Schutt (Nathan) and Alexander Kingston (Melissa); his great grandchildren, Carolyn, Elizabeth Lochner, Magdelynn, Ezekiel, Josiah and Abram Schutt; his friend Sue Morris; his sisters-in-law, Marguerite Meli, Lois Meli and Anne-Marie Allocco; Richard.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Rochester Calkins VA Clinic or the Hildebrandt Hospice Care Center in his memory. The family greatly appreciates donations made to these charities in Charles J. Pellitere 's name.
