He is survived by: his wife Cathie Neth; his children, Steven Neth (Lisa Keicher) of Batavia, Robert Neth of Batavia, Jean Lichtenthal (Thomas) of Batavia, Daniel Neth (Heidi) of Easton, MD, Amy Stiefel (Michael) of Redwood, NY and Eileen Hamel (Adam) of LeRoy; his grandchildren, Eli Neth, Marguerite Neth, Francis Neth, Robert Neth Jr., Michelle Telke, Courtney Mead, Jacob Neth, Jared Neth, Laura Wadhams, Jennifer Grey, Andrew Lichtenthal, Ty Stiefel, Luke Stiefel and Lia Hamel; his sister Ruth DuBois of Greeneville, TN; and his pets, Sam and Fred. He is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the H. E. Turner & Co. (403 E Main St, Batavia, NY 14020). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at 9:30 AM at the St. Joseph's Church (303 E Main St, Batavia, NY 14020).
