He was predeceased by: his parents, Ida Mae Newell and Merle Newell; and his siblings, James Alan Newell and Ida Schmitz. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn; and his siblings, Jerry Newell (Mary) of Clifton Park, NY, Merle Newell of Hornell, NY, Betty Avery (Wayne) of Hornell, NY and George Newell. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
