She was predeceased by: her parents, Julian Briggman and Eleanor J. Haffey; her sisters, Joan Cushing of Bronx, NY, Eleanor Teresa Sherman of Solvay, NY and Anna May Scheftic of Fabius, NY; and her close friend John Maier.
She is survived by: her children, Denise Cedeno (Angelo) of Irondequoit, NY, Lisa Loeser (Mark) of Irondequoit, NY, Robert (Nicole) of Winterville, NC, Jennifer Licciardi (Kevin) of Rochester, NY and Michael (Melinda Lemieux) of Chili, NY; her grandchildren, Kyle DaVia and Gracie Loeser; her great grandchild Ava DaVia; and her brothers, Mark Briggman (Frances) of Folsom, CA and John Briggman (Rita) of Memphis, NY. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Charlotte's memory to Lollypop Farm or the Open Door Mission.
