She was predeceased by: her husband Helmut Markus; her parents, Max Haas and Margarethe [Frohsinn] De Haas; and her sister Marian Gortatowsky. She is survived by: her children, Michael W. Markus (Barbara) and Gail Boorum; her grandsons, Bradley Boorum and Mark Boorum; her great grandchild Jacob Boorum (Renee Kuhn); and her friend Susan Branch. She is also survived by niece, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
