He was predeceased by: his parents, Dominick Colao and Marie "Sue" Colao. He is survived by: his brother Tom Colao (Christine); his niece Rebecca; and his nephew David Colao.
A funeral service was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 5:00 PM at the Paul W Harris Funeral Home Inc. (570 Kings Hwy S, Rochester, NY 14617). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Kilian Church (485 Conklin St, Farmingdale, NY 11735).
