He was predeceased by: his wife Dolores Crisafulli; his parents, John Crisafulli and Antonette Crisafulli; his siblings, John Crisafulli, Donald Crisafulli and Joan Giuliano; and his nephew John Boedo.
He is survived by: his sons, Michael Crisafulli (Sharon) and Daniel Crisafulli; his grandchildren, Anthony Crisafulli, Cameron Crisafulli (Brittney) and Amanda Patterson (Austin); his great grandchildren, Walter Patterson, Lainey Crisafulli and Marlow Marie Patterson; his sister-in-law Genevieve Calarco; and his nieces and nephews, Lisa Lang (J. J.), Patricia Dioguardi (Tony), Linda Ventura (Steve), Laurie Guiliano Spampinato (Gary), Donna Crisafulli-Barnard, Michael Giuliano, Mark Crisafulli (Jude), Shawn Crisafulli, Stephen Crisafulli (Courtney), Steven Boedo (Sharon Lindahl) and Mark Boedo.
