It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Christopher Thomas Steubing (Rochester, New York), who passed away on April 10, 2024, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Richard L. Steubing and Claire Steubing (Darby); and his father-in-law Rev. John Van Brederode. He is survived by : his brother Richard M. Steubing; his children, Amanda Evanchik (Marc), Rachael Steubing and Ryan Steubing (Kaitlyn); his granddaughter Harper Lillian Evanchik; his siblings, Mark Steubing (Patty), Mary Jo Melia (Frank) and Matthew Steubing; and his mother-in-law Gladys Van Brederode. He is also survived by brothers and sisters-in-law; and several nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.

A celebration of life was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Church of the Epiphany (3285 Buffalo Rd, Rochester, NY 14624).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Lollypop Farm or the Rev. John H. Van Brederode Scholarship Fund.
