Chuck Gallagher Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Chuck Gallagher (Rochester, New York), who passed away on June 4, 2025 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruth Gallagher and Gus Gallagher. He is survived by: his wife Karen Gallagher (Koczacik); his children, Carrie Gallagher (Dan House), Carol Gallagher (Tony Alvarado), Meghan Gallagher, Brian Gallagher (Megan), Shawn LaDue and Adam LaDue; his grandchildren, Kayla LaDue, Christian Ruell, Jason Stack, Alex Stack, Zoey Gallagher and Emmitt Gallagher; his sisters, Marilyn Follett and Maureen Callahan; and his close friend Mike Meloni. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews & friends.
