He was predeceased by : his sister Adair Phillips. He is survived by : his wife Norma; his children, Andrew Phillips (Camelia), Marie Phillips, Christopher Tucker (Cynthia) and Daniel Lopez; his siblings, Owen, Horace Phillips and Verna Phillips; his cousin Peter Blanchard; and his nephew Courtney Mark (Kristen), and his neice Andrea Phillips. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren.
