She was predeceased by: her parents, Paolo Surace and Maria Surace; her siblings, Frank Surace and Grazia Surace; and her granddaughter Kristiana Marie Kampf.
She is survived by: her daughter Dr. Mary Zagari Kampf (Don); her boyfriend Gennaro DiFilippo; her son Vincent Zagari; her grandchildren, Delila Constance MacLeod, Anthony Francesco Kampf, Jessica Zagari and Danniele Robinson (Zagari); her great grandchild Lilly; and her siblings, Angelina, Franca, Joe, Rosa and Carmela. She is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, family and friends.
