He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew W. Smialek and Blanche R. Smialek; and his siblings, Rosalie Lowery, Patricia Foley, Walter Smialek, Byron Smialek and Marita Smialek.
He is survived by: his brother Anthony Smialek (Cheech); his sister-in-law Darlene Smialek; his close friend Candy Minchella; and his friend George Prizzi. He is also survived by two daughters; two sons-in-law; four grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
