He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Klee and Elisabeth Klee; his son-in-law John Marchese; and his brothers-in-law, John Burns and John Rigney.

He is survived by: his wife Jeanne; his children, Stephen Klee (Jeannine), Susan Klee, Gregory Klee (Amy), Julia Marchese, Elisabeth Fiebig (Bryan), Dana Bourne (Peter) and Jennifer Bernasconi (Mark); and his siblings, Peter Klee (Joan), Suzanne Rigney (Lon Stutucki), Mary Burns and Timothy Klee (Lois). He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
