He was predeceased by: his parents, William Frank and Emily Frank; and his sister Sally Frank. He is survived by: his daughters, Elise Sellinger (Steven) and Lauren Julius (Jason); his grandchildren, Audrey, Connor Sellinger, Taylor and Hannah Julius; and his brothers, Gerry Frank (Joy) and Tom Frank (Lois). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A Mass will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Holy Cross Roman Catholic Church (4492 Lake Ave, Rochester, NY 14612).
Memorial donations may also be made to his High School, the Aquinas Institute of Rochester.
