He was predeceased by: his parents, George Rowcliffe and Florence Rowcliffe (Harkness); his wife Antonina "Toni" Rowcliffe; his siblings, Roxanna Given (Bob) and George Rowcliffe; and his girlfriend Patricia "Pat" Bolling.
He is survived by: his children, Victor Rowcliffe (Jodi) of Geneseo, Heather Bozentko (Jerry) of Newtown, CT and Wade Rowcliffe of Rochester; his grandchildren, Gunnar Bozentko, Callan Rowcliffe, Annika Bozentko and Keenan Rowcliffe; his sister-in-law Geraldine Rowcliffe; and his close friend Donna Kurten. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and many friends.
The military honors was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Maple Lawn Cemetery (13 Maple Ave, Elba, NY 14058).
