He is survived by: his wife Denise; his children, Lisa Demanchick (Rob Galasso), Wendy Mounnarat (Steve), Anthony Formicola (Jenna), Dominic Formicola and Jammie Azzano (Adam); his grandchildren, Phillip Demanchick, Courtney Korn (Jason), Zachary Demanchick (Morgan), Steven Mounnarat (Maria), Tyler Mounnarat (Ashley), Tahj Mounnarat, Cristiano Mounnarat (Chloe Kropman), Charles Formicola, Mason Azzano, Jameson Azzano and Sam Azzano; his great grandchildren, Sophia Korn, Liana Demanchick, Gennaro Mounnarat and Emilio Mounnarat; and his siblings, Karl Brandon (Kathy), Paul Brandon (Linda), Eddie Brandon (Christy), Dorothy Powers and Eileen Laure (R. J.). He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, in-laws, cousins and friends.
