He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Chazan and Tanya Chazan; his sister Sandra Salemi Tate; and his grandmother Zena Orben. He is survived by: his wife Anita; his daughters, Elizabeth Meeker (Chris) and Victoria Goldstein (Dan); his grandchildren, Ilana, Jordan, Dylan and Sophie; his brother Richard Chazan (Susan); and his stepchildren, John Watson (Denise), Jeannine McGrath (Mark) and Dan Watson (Monika). He is also survived by many step-grandchildren and great grandchildren.
