He was predeceased by: his parents, Carmen Donofrio and Louise Donofrio; and his siblings, Gary Donofrio, Carmen Donofrio and Kathi Donofrio.
He is survived by: his sister-in-law Linda Donofrio; his nephews, Carmen Donofrio (Adan) and Gary II Donofrio (Julie); his great-nieces, Stella Donofrio, Emilia Donofrio and Lea Donofrio; and his great-nephew Gary Donofrio, III. He is also survived by many cousins & dear friends.
