He was predeceased by: his father Edmund. He is survived by: his brother Timothy; his mother Beverly; his children, Matthew (Davi Bernstein), Cali (Andrea Pascual) and Timothy; his friend Patricia (Farrell); and his siblings, Edmund, Daniel, Michael, John and Mary K. Minehan (Peter). He is also survived by nieces & nephews; and many loving friends, not least of which his brothers and sisters.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Wilmot Cancer Institute or Golisano Children's Hospital.
