He was predeceased by: his mother Jeanette Lang; his siblings, Jean Barrett and Carl Lang; and his cousins, Donald Hummel and Kenneth Hummel.

He is survived by: his wife Carol Lang; his children, David C. Lang (Jennifer) and Jennifer Boehl (Jayson); and his grandchildren, Jaylin, Jenna, David T. and Cassandra. He is also survived by many nieces, cousins and friends.

“Dear Carol & Family, When I started Xerox in 1973 Dave was one of my 1st bosses. He was truly the best and he had the greatest personality. We all worked hard but still had fun. It was a privilege to work for him and always so many great memories. Years later I worked with your son at Xerox and his mannerisms reminded me so much of Dave!
