He was predeceased by : his daughter Aonica Chamberlain; his mother Mary Ann McCrary; his father-in-law Royal Chamberlain; and his grandfather Robert McCubbin. He is survived by : his wife Lea Chamberlain-McCrary; his children, Scott Chamberlain and Chelsea Stone; his granddaughter Karliah Chamberlain; his sister-in-law Tina Martin; and his siblings, Tony and Ann Matela. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Funeral Home of Alvah Halloran & Son (2125 Chili Ave, Rochester, NY 14624). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Monica Church (831 Genesee St, Rochester, NY 14611).
