He was predeceased by: his wife Marlene. He is survived by: his children, Dr. David R. Gotham Jr. of Sacremento and Nicole Murphy (Brian); his grandchildren, Jordan, Mackenzie, Reagan, Addison and Camryn; his brother Gary Gotham (Carol) of Colorado; and his friends, Wende West, Linda Lamb, Joseph Constantino, Dr. Pearce and Liz Sloan. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and grand nieces & nephews.
