He was predeceased by: his brother Matthew Russell. He is survived by: his children, David James Russell III and Katie Mae Wassel (Maximilian); the mother of his children Sylvia Russell; his grandchildren, Jaxon James, Juliana and Isabella; his parents, Maureen Russell and David Russell; and his siblings, Doug Russell (Lynn), Michael Russell (Wendy) and Michelle Vega (Raviel). He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
