He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Trau and Katherine Trau; and his sister Mary Lou Trau. He is survived by: his significant other Debra Meath Dwyer; his children, Mark Trau (Melissa), Karin Ward (Steve) and Stephen Dwyer (Tara); his grandchildren, Mathew Trau (Kristyn Sengillo), Jamie Trau (Brandon Young), Sydney Whiting (Colin), Lyndsay Brown (Raffaele Saieva) and Audrey Brown; and his great grandchild Blake Trau.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to American Diabetes Association or Rochester Rotary Sunshine Camp in his memory.
