He was predeceased by: his son David Jeffrey Wiggins. He is survived by: his wife Margaret; his children, Bryan Wiggins (Yvonne) and Raynae Pieters (Dan); and his sisters, Joyce King and Sharon Boardman (Jim). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren.
