He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren Woods and Marjorie Woods of Rochester, NY; and his sister Donna Woods VanSlyke. He is survived by: his wife Eileen Flannigan Woods; his children, Philip Woods (Carole) and Kimberly DiCataldo (Michael); his grandchildren, Aubrey Lehman (Dan), Troy Gambrill (Amber), Jenna Woods (Dan), David (Cailin) and Evan DiCataldo; his great grandchildren, Connell and Finn; and his siblings-in-law, Maureen Flannigan and John Flannigan (Carol). He is also survived by many loving nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
