She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick and Ann; her brothers, Stephen and Ricky; and her daughter Jennifer.

She is survived by: her children, Angela Polley, Johnathan Nuciolo (Lisa), Jessica Thiele and Janet Gabbey (Josh); her grandchildren, Tucker, Breanna (Gana), Kayla, Dalton, Aleigha, Zayah, Gabriella Polley Elvis, Isabella, Chase Nuciolo, Trinity, Lance Thiele, Brennan, Hailey, Alexander and Cora Gabbey; her sisters, Barbara and Stephanie Geer (Dan); and her sister-in-law Maria Nuciolo. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
