She was predeceased by: her parents, William Forsythe and Barbara Forsythe; and her husband Anibal Ubal. She is survived by: her children, Vanessa L. Pellegrino (Donald) of Greece, NY and Anthony L. Ubal (Mary Alice) of Williamsville, NY; her brother Austin A. Forsythe (Bridget) of Niagara Falls, NY; and her grandchildren, Angelo Ubal, Juliana Ubal and Giovanni Ubal.
