It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald J. Downs (Rochester, New York), who passed away on October 19, 2025, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas Downs and Winifred Downs; and his siblings, Nicholas J. III, Winifred Ann, Martin D. Downs, Patrick J. Downs and John A. Downs.

He is survived by: his children, Amber Bolton (Andrew), Chelsea Downs (Greg) and Edward Downs; his wife Eileen Downs; his granddaughter Veronika Watkins (Arlowe); and his siblings, Lynn Lickers, Marie Forester (Richard), Robert Downs (Karol) and Theresa M Steiner (Scott Kester). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins & extended relatives.
